BCVBriarwood Current ValueBriarwood

Risk BarRisk Bar

Per-flag breakdown of what could go wrong, sized to actual penalty share.

Each flag (e.g. flood exposure, property taxes, vacancy) carries a penalty derived from the property's actual facts. Bars sized to penalty share so you see which risk drives the most concern.

P/RPrice-to-Rent ratio

Purchase price divided by annual rent. Lower = stronger rental economics.

~15 = strong rental market (deal pays off in 15 years of rent). ~25+ = rent-thin (you're buying for appreciation, not cash flow). Briarwood pairs the per-property P/R with the town benchmark.
