What it measures

A public signal, not a verdict.

Transaction depth and market readability. A higher score means there are enough recent trades and active signals for Scout to read the market with more confidence.

It tends to move when

03active listings stay usable rather than stale

What it does not mean

A high liquidity score is not a buy signal by itself. It means the market is easier to measure.

Scout uses liquidity to decide how much weight to put on town baselines versus narrower comp clusters.
